Our history dates back to 1983 when we were established as China National Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Corporation. Joined Genertec to play a key role in the development of the medical and health industry

2004

Reformed into a limited liability company and renamed China Meheco International Co., Ltd.

2005

Completed capital consolidation with CNTIC Trading Co., Ltd. and successfully went public

2008

Renamed China Meheco International Joint Stock Company (Ticker Symbol: Meheco; Stock Code: 600056)

2013

Taken over General Technology Group Pharmaceutical Holding Co., Ltd. and Henan Topfond Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. by means of overall trusteeship according to the strategy of Genertec

2014

Renamed China Meheco Group Co., Ltd.
